Dr. Vayalapalli Manmadharao has officially assumed charge as the new Director of VIMS, Visakhapatnam. Having completed his MBBS and MS from Andhra Medical College, he brings nearly 29 years of experience in medical education, healthcare services, and administration. He served as Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Surgery, and later as Vice Principal of Andhra Medical College. Dr. Manmadharao stated that his primary goal is to enhance healthcare services and strengthen the development of VIMS. He emphasized expanding modern medical facilities and providing quality healthcare services to the public. He also expressed gratitude to the Government and Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav for entrusting him with this responsibility.
